Festivals where everyone celebrates together strengthen goodwill, said Srivali Rai Martal, founder of lorida Tulu Association, who was the guest speaker at the Nandagokula Deepavali celebrations organized by Arehole Prathisthana. On the same occasion, Arya R Bhat, a child prodigy from Tumkur, was presented with the Nandagokula Deepavali Puraskar, given annually by Arehole Foundation to child prodigies. Dinesh Holla spoke as the guest and appreciated the programs of Arehole Prathisthana which encourage children. Dharmadarsi Dr. Harikrishna Punaruru presided. This was followed by a performance by Nandagokula Diwali Awardee child talent Arya R Bhat and his four-year-old sister Gargi R Bhat along with interpretation of Mankuthimma’s Kagga. Then a special dance program by parents of artistes from Nandagokula and magic performance by Harin Kottari, Mudushedde. On the same occasion, Srivalli Rai Martal released the badge worn by artists of Nandagokula. The launch was designed by Dinesh Holla. The opening date of the Nandagokula Theatre School (NTS) that is being constructed at Arehole to be inaugurated at Arehole on 26th January was released on the same occasion, Likhita Shetty hosted the program, Arehole Sadashiva Rao welcomed and Prashwini S Acharya gave vote of thanks. Shweta Arehole, K. C. Prabhu, Geeta Arehole Dr. Ramakrishna Bhat, Mrs. Akhila Ramakrishna Bhat were present on the stage.
